Employers, large and small, are impacted by and have an impact on housing needs and affordability in the greater Upper Valley region. Depending on size, capacity, and workforce needs of employers, different strategies and partnerships can be used to create needed homes. Widespread involvement from employers can have a significant impact on housing options a regional scale.
