Just as tenants need to understand their end of the bargain in renting, so do landlords. This especially includes rental code and fair housing law. Landlords that understand and are aware of tenant law and code issues will be able to be better landlords. Outreach efforts should work in coordination with the Vermont Landlord Association and New Hampshire Property Owners Association.
