Communities can focus campaigns on a neighborhood or work in partnership across municipal boundaries. Communities must be intentional to ensure information is accessed by everyone. This can include:

- Regular in–person outreach
- Visibility of resources at community locations (e.g. town office, library, schools, popular businesses)
- Targeted messaging for non-English speakers
