With some of the oldest homes in the country, the greater Upper Valley region has areas that struggle to maintain the quality and safety of their homes.  Keeping homes in good condition ensures quality of life for residents and a stronger tax base for communities. Through education, code enforcement and financial incentives, more existing homes can be improved and maintained.
