Providers of homes with supportive services who serve residents of the region should continue to convene regularly. This collaboration should focus on maintaining and expanding successful facilities of homes with supportive services through the sharing of local experience, best practices, and lessons learned.  

Providers already come together within high service areas, such as the Upper Valley Core and Springfield Vermont; however, there is no designated coordination for the greater Upper Valley region as a whole. Convening at a larger regional and bi-state level is appropriate given the limited number of providers and the tendency for many residents to seek homes with supportive services from communities outside of their hometowns
