Pictures, videos, and illustrations should be used to illustrate and imagine how new homes can look and feel in our communities. These visuals can show the character of proposed new homes, as well as how they fit into the current landscape or a neighborhood.  Visuals can also incorporate stories or more complex data in an engaging and accessible format.  One area of need for visuals is in our village and downtowns, particularly for the reuse of existing buildings or infill development of vacant properties. The Keys to the Valley Build Out is one example of how new homes can be visualized.
