Depending on your perspective, the landscape of the greater Upper Valley region can be viewed differently. It may be easily marked by state and municipal borders, interconnected by wildlife and ecology, or defined by where the roads are laid. The landscape cannot be looked at as piecemeal though, and any decision in one place will affect another place. The greater Upper Valley region should discuss a shared vision of the landscape that addresses the need for homes. This shared vision should help to further collaboration, advance shared priorities, and discern needed solutions for shared challenges.
